Kontrast gezielt einsetzen
In Anlehnung an Duarte 2009 bzw. Few 2012 zeigt die Grafik die 6 gängigen Möglichkeiten Kontrast zu erzeugen und damit Dinge hervorzuheben:
- Durch Farbe
- Durch Form
- Durch Anordnung
- Durch Größe
- Durch Sättigung
- Durch Ausrichtung
All diese Arten des Kontrastes funktionieren nur, wenn insgesamt eine sehr große Grundruhe und Ordnung in den Folien vorherrscht.
Außerdem sollten nicht unbedingt mehrere Arten des Kontrastes gleichzeitig verwendet werden. Z.B. Text durch Farbe, Fettdruck und Kursivstellen hervorheben. Eine Art sollte reichen.

Contrast effectively employed
In line with Duarte (2009) or Few (2012), the graphic illustrates the six common ways to create contrast and thereby emphasize things:
- Through color
- Through shape
- Through arrangement
- Through size
- Through saturation
- Through alignment
All these forms of contrast work effectively only when there is a great sense of tranquility and order throughout the slides. Furthermore, it’s advisable not to employ multiple forms of contrast simultaneously. For instance, highlighting text through color, bolding, and italicizing. One form should suffice.
